Tube of choice

I am using Charloette by Ellie Milk which you need a license to use and you can purchase from Pics for Design Here

Kit Of Choice

Spring Song by Whitemyst Designs which you can purchase Here

Mask 12 which you can snag Here and Template 539 you can snag Here

Open your mask and minimize

Paste Paper 8 to a 600x600 image

Layers>New Mask Layer>MpM12 in your source window>Select none or Shift+D

Copy your template over and resize to your liking.

Add your drop shadow with your settings as you go.

Choose a back layer, grab your want tool and click your piece.

Paste as new layer>Selections>Invert>Select None

Do this step with the rest of the template with other paper choices.

Select frame 2 and copy it over above the square.

Resize 70%

Coy your tube over and move below the frame.
Rsize to your liking.
Erase any left over bits of the tube.

Add drop shadow

Pick the fan
Image>Free Rotate>45%

Move under the right upper circle Resize 70%

Choose the rose and copy Resize 30%

Place to your bottom left of the frame.

Add your copyright save as psp image first to have a blank for later use.

Add your name with your desired font.

Save as PNG.
