Mask 42 by Moonbeams and Spiderwebs, which you can also snag HERE

Open mask and minimize

New 650x650 Image

Copy paper 7 to your image

Layers>New Mask Layer>Find mask in window>Merge Group

Re-size 80%

Copy your template over layer by later placing and re-sizing as needed, leave the word art off.

Activate your wand tool and click the back circle

Paste to your image

Selections>Invert>Delete>Select None

Do this step with the rest of the template.

Select layer 2 of tube Re-size 80% twice

Place under bar

Chrome Frame - Place above the back circle.

Forget me Nots - Image>Rotate Right>Flip

Re-size 60% place under all layers just above the mask.

Curled Ribbon - Image>Rotate Right/Place under the bar

Butterfly 2 - Image>Mirror - Re-size 30%

Place on left side of tag

Lace fan - Re-size 60% Place right side just below half circle, erase left bits under bar.

Duplicate>Image>Mirror

Sparkles - Re-size as needed, place below mask

Flower tree- Place under circle,

Duplicate>Image>Mirror

Add your copyright, save as a psp image so you can have a blank for later.

Add your name with your font of choice.

Save as PNG
