Tube - Oceane by Chris Pastel which you can also purchase from Pics for Design Here

Mask of Choice

C/P - Copy and Paste

R/S - Re-size

New 600x600 image

Open mask and minimize

Choose 2 papers.

C/P a paper to your canvas.

Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image>Find Mask in Source Window>Merge Group

C/P Element 101 - R/S 85%

Activate wand tool, click inside frame

Selections>Modify>Expandy by 10>Paste 2nd paper into selection

Selections>Invert>Delete>Select None

C/P tube - R/S 60% twice

Same with her tail

Image>Mirror on both

C/P Element 38 - R/S 60%

Place below tube and frame

C/P Element 8 - Image>Flip R/S to fit

Place under all but mask, sticking under the tube slightly

C/P Element 34 - R/S to fit

Use my tag for placement ideas.

C/P Element 37 - R/S to fit

Place in upper right corner of frame.

C/P Element 17 - R/S to fit

Place below all layers under the first thing of "grass."

Element 36 - Image>Free Rotate>20 Degrees to the right

C/P - R/S to fit in the blue "grass"

Choose 2 single fish.

C/P - R/S small enough to fit in the "grass"

You can look at mine for ideas.

Add drop shadow to all layers with your settings.

Add your copyright, save as psp image first so you can have a blank for later use.

Add your name

Save as PNG
