PTU CT tag for Confetti Scraps Boutique : "Frosty"

Tube - Blonde Seduction by Zindy, you need a license to use her work, you can purchase her tubes HERE
Mask of Choice
CP - Copy and Paste
RS - Re-size
Ele - Element
650 by 650 image
Open mask and minimize
Copy frame 7 to image RS 70%
Choose 2 papers
Activate wand tool, click in the frame
Selections>Modify> Expand by 15
Paste paper into Selection
Selections>Invert>Delete>Select None
Move below the frame
Paste 2nd paper, move below frame and 1st paper
Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image>Find mask in source window>Merge Group
Open tube, copy and RS to fit
Place in the center then move her slightly to the right.
Flower ele 8 - CP/RS to fit
Place on left side
Flower Ele 15 - CP/RS to fit -
Place on bottom left just above the corner
Flower Ele 2 - CP/RS to fit
Place over 1st flower in the lower left corner
Flower ele 3 - CP/RS to fit
Place to the right of flower 2
Ele Swirl 3 - Image>Rotate Left
CP/RS to fit
Place under all but mask on right side of tag
Tag 7 - CP/RS to fit
Place on right side
Button 5 - CP/RS to fit
Place in upper right corner
Ribbon 2 - CP/RS to fit
Place on top under all but the frame
Flower ele 10 - CP/RS to fit
Place inside tag, you can use mine for reference
Bow 3 - Image>Free Rotate>45 Deg to the left
Place under all but mask, erase any bow above the tubes head.
Add drop shadow to desired layers
Add your copyright, save as psp image first to have for future use.
Add your name
Save as PNG
