CP - Copy and Paste
RS - Re-size
Ele - Element
DNR - Do Not Re-size
Img - Image
Shift+D to duplicate the template
Img>Canvas Size>600x600
RS layers to fit img, leave off word art and dots around rectangle
Choose several papers and save one for later.
Activate wand too, select a layer
Paste into Selection>Selections>Invert>Delete>Select None
Do this step with the rest of the template.
You can use mine for reference.

After the colors are in place you can delete the original template layers.
Paste saved paper and move below all layers.
Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image>Find Mask in Source Window>Merge Group
Right click that layer in palette
Duplicate>Img>Flip
Open tube - CP/RS to fit template, place in center
Move the rectangle of the template above the tube.
Ele 12 - CP/RS 85%
Place slightly above center of big circle
Ele 60%
Img>Mirror
CP/RS 60%
CP/RS 60%
Place bottom right under all but mask, Duplicate>Img>Mirror
Ele 54 - CP/RS 40%
Center on left slightly below
Ele 18 - CP/RS 80%
Upper center, under all but mask
Ele 81 - CP/RS 85%
Place to left of tube
Erase any flower sticking out of the circle.
Duplicate>Img>Mirror
Ele 102 - Place under rectangle, under flower above tube
Ele 58 - Img>Mirror
CP/RS 80%
Place upper right under tube and gem
Ele 116 - CP/DNR -
Place in center then move slightly to the left
Ele 99 - CP/RS 40%
Place upper left between squares.
Add drop shadows to your tag to desired layers to give your tag dimension.
Add your copyright, save as psp image to have a blank for future use.
Add your name with your font of choice, save as PNG
