CP - Copy and Paste
RS - Re-size
Ele - Element
DNR - Do not Re-size
Img - Img
600x600 img
Open mask and minimize
Choose 2 papers, paste 1 to img
Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image>Find Mask in Source Window>Merge Group
Activate Wand tool, click inside frame
Selections>Modify>Expand by 15>Paste into Selection
Selections>Invert>Delete>Select None
Move below frame
Open tube - CP mid-sized layer RS 70%
Place in center and move under frame.
Ele 190 - CP/RS 80%
Place bottom left corner under all but mask.
Duplicate>Img>Mirror>Img>Flip
Duplicate>Img>Mirror>Img>Flip
Ele 253 - CP/RS 80%
Place upper left corner
Ele 183 - CP/RS 50%
Place bottom right corner
Ele 173 - CP/RS 50%
Place upper right corner
Ele 73 - CP/RS 70%
Img>Free Rotate-20 deg to the left

Ele 26 - Img>Rotate Left
CP/RS 70%
Place on right under rose and clock
Ele 132 - CP/RS 35%
Place bottom left corner
Ele 23 - CP/DNR
Place upper right under all but mask
Duplicate>Img>Mirror
Move left side in slightly
Add drop shadows to desired layers with your preferred settings.
Add copyright, save as psp image first to have for future use
Add name with font of choice
Save as PNG
