PTU CT Tutorial for Whisper in the Wind : "Starry Night"

CP - Copy and Paste
RS - Re-size
Ele - Element
New 650x650 image
Open mask and minimze
Choose 2 papers, paste one to the image
Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image>Find Mask in Source Window>Merge Group
Open Frame 3 - CP/RS 60%
Copy 2nd paper
Activate wand tool and click in the circle.
Selections>Modify>Expand by 15>Paste into Selection
Selections>Invert>Delete>Select None
Move below the frame.
Open tube
CP full size layer, RS 70%
Place on top of frame in the center.
Ele 8 - CP/RS 60%
Place just above center of frame on the left.
Ele 91 - CP/RS 40%
Place under red balloon, with a little of the balloon string showing, you can use mine for reference.
Ele 92 - CP/RS 40%
Place under red gem, kitty corner on the side of the white balloon, use mine for reference.
Ele 35 - Image>Mirror
CP/RS 70%
Place in upper middle right above the mask layer
Click on this layer in your layer window
Right Click>Duplicate
Image>Flip>Mirror
Ele 34 - Image>Flip>Image>Mirror
CP/RS 70%
Place on bottom right below red stars above mask layer
Ele 40 - CP/RS 15%
Place on right in middle of frame.
Ele 30 - Image>Free Rotate
CP/RS60%
Place under bottom left under all but mask, show the red part of the ribbon.
Ele 14 - CP/RS 20%
Place under star on right side of frame
Ele 87 - CP/RS 70%
Place under the frame in the center on the white stripe, erase any sticking on the sides.
Image>Canvas Size>600X600
Add drop shadows to your desired layers with your preferred settings.
Add your copyright, save as PSP Image first to have a blank for later use.
Add your name
Save as PNG
