Ele - Element

DNR - Do Not Re-size

Open Mask and Minimize
CP Paper12 to Img - Layers-New Mask Layers-From Image-Find Mask in Source Window-Merge Group
Activate Wand tool, click in frame to activate the marching ants.
Selections-Modify-Expand by 7 - Paste Paper 11 into Selection
Selections-Invert-Delete-Move below frame-Select None
Open tube - CP the base black tube and hat
RS to your liking and place above frame
Ele 54 - CP/RS80%
Place on left under tube. Erase any of the tree sticking out from under the tube on the right.
Ele 12 - CP/RS 80%
Place on left under the tube n tree
Duplicate-Image-Mirror
Ele 24 - CP/RS 85%
Place in center under frame and tube
Erase any poking out of frame.
Ele 19 - Img-Rotate Right CP/DNR
Place under all but mask on right
Ele 74 - CP/RS 40%
Place on right above frame
Ele 73 - CP/RS 40%
Place on right under 1st flower
Ele 23 - Img-Mirror
CP/RS 50%
Place on left on top of moon
Ele 15 - CP/RS 50%
Place on bottom right in space above leaves
Ele 72 - CP/DNR Place in empty space in upper right under all but mask
Duplicate-Img-Mirror
Add drop shadows to desired layers, with your preferred settings.
Add your name with your font of choice.
Save as PNG
