Open Mask and Minimize

CP a Paper to the img- Layers-new mask layer-from img-find mask in source window-merge group

Ele 35 - Img-Adjust Hue and Saturations-

Colorize-Hue:0, Saturation: 0 to make the frame black

Activate wand tool and click inside the frame

Selections-Modify-Expand by 10 - Paste 2nd Paper into Selection-Selections-Invert-Delete

Move paper below frame.

Open tube, CP/RS to your liking. Place on left of tag.

Ele 3 - CP/RS 65%

Place under frame to where the moon is in the upper right corner.

Ele 28 - CP/DNR - Centered under all but mask.

Ele 1 - CP/RS 60%

Place in bottom right corner

Ele 43 - Img - Mirror

CP/RS 60%

Place on bottom left under frame.

Ele 67 - CP/RS 80%

Place in upper left corner under frame.

Ele 38 - CP/DNR Place in the upper coener inside the frme under all but paper.

Ele 25 - CP/RS 60%

Place in upper center above the frame.

Ele 93 - CP/DNR - Place on left under all but splash and mask. Erase any sticking out from the tube.
Duplicate-Img-Mirror

Ele 60 - CP/RS 50$

Place in right corner under all but mask and splash.

Add drop shadows to desired layers with your setting preference.

Add your copyright and save as psp image to have for future use.

Add name with your font of choice, Save as PNG
