Go to Mystical Scraps to get this kit HERE
Select
a couple papers.

Open
Mask and Minimize
CP
a paper to your img.
Layers-new
mask layer-from img-find mask in source window-merge group
CP
Frame3 – RS it to your liking
Activate
your wand tool, click in the frame.
Selections-Modify-Expand
by 10-Paste 2nd Paper into
Selections-Selections-Invert-Delete-Move below frame.
Ele
35 – Img-Flip
CP/DNR
Place
in center of frame
Open
the tube – CP/RS the tube to your liking.
Place
under the ribbon in the center.
Ele
31 – CP/RS
Place
under frame above paper.
Duplicate-Img-Mirror
Erase
any of the beads sticking out of the frame.
Ele
10 – CP/RS to liking
Place
to the right of the ribbon at the bottom of the tag.
Ele
9 – CP/RS to liking
Place
under cupcake to the right underneath
Ele
4 – CP/RS to liking
Place
under the cupcake and chocolate
(You
can use mine for reference)

23 – Img-Mirror
CP/RS
Place
in upper right under all but mask.
Ele
20 – CP/RS 50%
Place
on left side of tag
Ele
16 – Img – Free Rotate – 45 Degrees to the left
CP/RS
Place
in upper left corner under all but mask
Erase
any leaf sticking from under the butterfly
Add drop shadows to desired layers with your preferences.
Add your copyright and save as psp img to have a blank for later use.
Add your name with your font of choice.
Save as PNG
