Select 2 papers

600x600 Img

Open mask and minimize

CP A Paper to the img

Layers-new mask layer-from img-find mask in source window-merge group

Ele 35 – CP/RS 75%

Place in center of tag.

Activate your wand tool and click in the frame.

Selections-Modify-Expand by 20-Paste 2^nd paper into selection-selections-invert-delete-select none

Ele 22 – CP/RS 80%

Place in front of frame on the bottom

Open the tube – Copy over the midsized layer
Rsing to your liking.

Place under the ribbon. Erase any of the tube that sticks out underneath

Ele 18 – Img-Free Rotate-50 Degrees to the left

CP/RS 70%

Place on right under all but mask

Ele 58 – CP/DNR

Place under all but mask behind the other frame.

Ele 1 – CP/RS 80%

Place on bottom center, under all but mask.
Duplicate-Img-Flip

Ele 43 – CP/DNR

Place on left under all but mask.

Ele 72 – CP/RS 40%

Place on bottom left corner.

Ele 73 – CP/RS 40%

Place on bottom right corner

Ele 46 – CP/RS 40%

Place in upper left corner.

Ele 131 – Img – Free Rotate – 20 degrees to the left

Place in upper right corner.

Add your drop shadows with your preference

Add your copyright and save as psp img to have a blank for later use.

Add your name with font of choice save as PNG
