Shift+D
to duplicate your template
Img-Canvas
Size – 600x600
Delete
the copyright layer, then RS the layers to your liking.
Delete
the dotted line rectangles and the stars
Choose
a few papers, save one for later...
Select
a layer on your template.
Activate
your wand tool and click on it, the ants will appear.
Paste
a paper into the selection
Selections-Invert-Delete-Select
None
Do
this step with the rest of the template, you can look at my tag for
color examples.
After
everything is in place you can delete the original layers from the
layer palette
CP
your saved paper move it to the bottom.

mask layer-from img-find mask in source window-merge group

in space under all towards the left part of the template.
Add
your drop shadows with your preference

your copyright and save as psp img to have a blank for later use.

your name with font of choice save as PNG
