Layers-new
mask layer-from img-find mask in source window-merge group

Place
in center
Activate
your wand tool, click in the frame.
Selections-Modify-Expand
by 10-Paste 2nd paper into
Selection-Selection-Invert-Delete-Select None
Move
paper below frame.
Open
the tube – CP/RS to your liking
Place
in the bottom of the frame.
Ele
117 – CP/DNR
Place
below the frame to give the bright green paper some texture.
Erase
any outside of the frame.

Place
on left under tube

98 – Img-Free Rotate-40 Degrees to the right

in center on the bottom of tag below all but mask

your copyright and save as psp img to have a blank for later use.
