Open Mask and Minimize

Ele 8 – CP/RS 75%

Place in center

Activate wand tool, click inside frame

Selections-Modify-Expand by 10-Paste Paper 2 into the selection-selections-invert-delete-select none

Move paper below frame

Open the half tube – CP and RS her to your liking

Place her in center above all

Ele 14 – CP/RS 25%

Place in center above tube

Ele 18 – CP/RS 30%

Place on right under center flower

Duplicate-Img-Mirror/Horizontal

Erase any of the tube under the flowers

Ele 4 – CP/RS 85%

Place in center under all

Ele 24 – Img-Rotate Right

CP/RS 80%

Place on right above Ele 4

Duplicate-Image-Mirror/Horizontal

Ele 41 – CP/RS 40%

Place in the bottom right like the yarn is gonna roll off the tag

Ele 6 – Img-Rotate Right

CP/RS 30%

Place in the upper left corner

Open Paper 12 and copy to canvas

Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image-Find Mask in Source Window-merge group

Add your copyright info and save as psp image first to have a blank for later use

Add your name with your font of choice

Save as PNG
