Center, activate your wand tool and click anywhere inside the frame

Selections-Modify-Expand by 10-Paste Paper 4 into the selection-Selections-Invert-Delete-Select None

Move paper below frame.

Open the tube- CP Babette and resize her to your liking

Place in the center above all

Ele 18 – CP/RS 30%

Center above tube

Ele 35 – CP/RS 50%

Place on right of sphere underneath

Duplicate-Img-Mirror

Erase any of the tube underneath these elements

Ele 31 – CP/RS 40%

Place in upper left corner of the frame

Ele 12 – CP/RS 70%

Place under all

Ele 42 – CP/RS 70%

Place in upper right corner under all.

Keep duplicating and mirroring the splash until it's all around the tag.

Ele 27 – CP/RS 40%

Place on left of tube under the frame and tube

Duplicate-Img-Mirror

Ele 8 – CP/RS 30%

Place on right in center of frame.

Ele 58 – CP/RS 60%

Place on bottom right under the flower

Duplicate-Img-Mirror

Add your copyrights and save as psp image first to have a blank for later use.

Add your name with your font of choice

Save as PNG
