Add drop shadows as you go with your preferred settings

Open mask and minimize

600x600 Img

Frame 5 – CP/RS 75%

Center, activate wand tool, click anywhere inside the frame

Selections-Modify-Expand by 10-Paste Paper 8 into the Selection-Selections-Invert-Delete-Select None

Move Paper Below Frame

Open the tube – make any layers you don't want invisible.

Img-Mirror

CP/RS her to your liking, place in center underneath the frame

Erase any of the tube under it

Ele 12 – CP/RS 80%

Place on left side under all

Duplicate-Img-Mirror

Ele 16 – CP/RS 60%

Place slightly above the rose splatter on the right, erase any you see on the bottom (Mine for reference)

Duplicate-Img-Mirror

Ele 9 – Img-Rotate Left-Img-Free Rotate-15 Degrees to the right

CP/RS 55%

Place on right side of frame above all

Ele 7 – Img-Rotate Right

CP/RS 50%

Place on left of frame in center above all

Ele 5 – Img-Rotate Right-Img-Free Rotate-25 Degrees to the right

CP/RS 40%

Place on bottom right under all

Duplicate-Img-Mirror

CP Paper 1 move to the bottom

Layers-New mask layer-from Img-find mask in source window-merge group

Move the mask up to where it is visible in the upper center portion of the tag

Add your copyrights and save as psp img to have a copy for later use

Add your name with your font of choice

Save as PNG
