Selections-Modify-Expand by 20- Selections-Invert-Delete-Select None
Move below frame
Open your tube and make the layers you want invisible
CP your tube and RS her the way you want to.
Place in the center under the frame, erase any of the tube under the frame

Place on the bottom just to the left corner of the frame
Ele 6 – CP/RS 60%
Place in the bottom center of the frame
Ele 3 CP/RS 50%
Place to the left of the center sharpener underneath
Ele 22 – CP/RS 50%
Place in between the books and sharpener like the mascara is connecting the two

Place to the left under all

CP Paper 4 move below all
Layers-New mask layer-From Img-Find mask in source window-Merge Group
Adjust the mask as needed to where you see it in the upper part of the tag
Add your copyright information, save as psp img first to have a copy for later
Add your name with your font of choice
Save as PNG
