Ele 7 – CP/RS 85%

Place in center, Activate wand tool, click anywhere inside the frame

Selections-Modify-Expand by 10-Paste Paper 12 into the Selection-Selections-Invert-Delete-Select None

Move Paper below frame

Open Tube – CP/RS her to your liking

Place on the right side above all

Paste your tube again and RS her to fit on the inside of the the frame underneath.

Double click the layer and play with her opacity until you are satisfied.
Erase any of the tube under the frame

Ele 21 – CP/DNR
Place on left side under all

Duplicate-Img-Mirror

Ele 30 – CP/RS 80%

Place in the center under all

Ele 2 – CP/RS 40%

Place below the bow in the center where the heart is on the left of the frame, and leave it dangling

Ele 27 – Img-Free Rotate-40 Degrees to the right

CP/RS 30%

Place in the upper left corner of frame

Ele 13 – CP/DNR

Place on the upper left side under all

Erase any of the element hanging under the frame

Ele 34 – CP/DNR

Place in the upper right corner of the tag under all

Add your copyright and save as psp image to have a blank for later use

Add your name with your font of choice

Save as PNG
