CP -Copy and Paste
Ele - Element
RS - Re-size
DNR - Do Not Resize
Img - Image

Layers-New-Mask-Layer-Find
Mask In Source Window-Merge Group
Open
Tube – CP/RS to your liking
Place
on left side of the Img
Ele

Adjust-Brightness
and Contrast
Brightness:
5
Contrast:
60
CP/RS
70%
Place
on bottom center under tube
Go
back to the Ribbon....Img-Rotate Right
CP/RS
70%
Place
on right side where the corners meet on the bottom right of the tag
(you can use mine for reference)
Now
you can Mirror each piece to mimic a frame
Ele
24 – CP/DNR
Place
in the center under the ribbons but above the mask.
Erase
any of the web sticking out from the ribbons

Place
on left under tube but above everything else
Duplicate-Image-Mirror/Horizontal

10 – CP/RS 30%

on bottom right corner

19 – Img-Rotate Left

Place
in center on top of the tag

Place
in center aligning the fence with the center of the tag
Duplicate-Image-Flip

Place
in upper right under all but mask...
Double
click on that layer in your palette on the right
Play
with the opacity of the pumpkin I have mine set at 68
Add your Copyright information and save as PSP Image first to have a blank for later use.
Add your name with your font of choice.
Save as PNG
