Selections-Modify-Expand
by 10-paste Paper 8 into Selection-Selections-Invert-Delete-Select
None-Move paper below the frame.

Grab
your eraser tool and erase any leg under the flower.

Save as PSP Image to have a blank for future use
Add your name with your font of choice
Save as PNG
