Before
you start your tag set all the layers you want to use on your tube.
For this tutorial we are going to be working with either the pink or
purple layers. After you get everything selected Merge Visible your
layers (also making invisible the copyright and white background)
Open
mask and minimize
Choose
2 papers save one for later for the mask.

Place
in the center of the tag
Activate wand tool and click inside the frame.
Selections-Modify-Expand
by 12-Paste a paper into selection-selections-invert-delete-select
none
Move
paper below frame.
Open
your tube
CP and RS to your liking and place in the center of the tag above everything
CP and RS to your liking and place in the center of the tag above everything
Open
the Fabric Rose

Place
in the center above the tube
Open
the Curly Ribbon
CP/RS

Place
on the left under the flower, erase any of the ribbon sticking out
from the right side of the flower.
Duplicate-Image-Mirror/Horizontal
Erase
any of the tubes legs you see sticking out from under.

Scatter -

Place
on the left side of the tag under all.
Duplicate-Image-Mirror/Horizontal

Place
on the upper left move it below the tube.

in the center under all but the frame.

under the center flower above the ribbons

in the space on the right side, move below tube and right ribbon.
Open
your saved paper, copy it to your tag and move it to the bottom
Open
the mask-Image-Mirror/Horizontal
Layers-New-Mask-Layer-Find
mask in source window-merge group
You
may move it around to where you would like it seen the most.
Add
drop shadows to desired layers with your preferred settings
Add
your copyright information,
Save as psp image first to have a blank for later use
Save as psp image first to have a blank for later use
Add
your name with your font of choice.
Save
as PNG!
